TAMIL NADU TET - Plea to cancel ‘flawed’ TET re-examination

Teachers Association on Thursday demanded cancellation of Teachers’
Eligibility Test (TET) re-examination stating that seven questions out a
total of 150 had two or more correct answers.
Secretary of the association S Krishnamurthy said the TET, conducted recently, should not be considered as a basis for recruitment as the seven questions created confusion even among well-prepared candidates. The answer key uploaded on the website clearly reveals the multiplicity of correct solutions, he added.
Krishnamurthy further said the instructions suggested that there was only one correct answer to each of the 150 questions. Giving details, he said three questions in the child development and pedagogy section, one each in Tamil and environment science sections and two in English section had two or more correct answers.
The TET, conducted by the Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board, is essential for recruitment of teachers in Puducherry and Karaikal.

ReplyDeleteJo TET pass ho gaye hai.unhe pahale niyukti dene ke bad Teacher ki kami yadi rah jati hai to sarkar ko agala tet karwana chahiye nahi to aise me TET Pass karne wale Berojgaro ki bhi bhid badati chali jayegi. Berojgari ki mar jhel rahe student ka paisa aur samay bhi sath me barbad hoga.
